Booked a room with incredible views of the lake. The breakfast choices were absolutely fantastic! The staff was very amiable and attentive, showed us a very clean pool onsite...

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a such great stay for a family vacation. The location was favourable there, by the main restaurant. Plus, it was close to the shores of Lake Champlain as well as feel close to nature.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, and I had a room with fantastic views of the harbor and marina - I definitely plan on returning.

The location was stunning and particularly good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was outstanding! The staff team was really helpful and attentive at any time.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Basin Harbor! The highlight of our stay was participating in the Basin Harbor Sprint Triathlon. The event was well-organized and we had a fantastic time swimming, biking, and running. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reservations assistant to the harbor master and restaurant staff. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Red Mill Restaurant and cocktails poolside. The weather was perfect, and we took advantage of the beautiful lake by taking a dip and playing golf. The entire experience was 5-star and we can't wait to return with more friends for our next adventure. I highly recommend this hotel for a fun and adventurous getaway.

Our room was clean but the wallpaper was peeling, the window air conditioned was loud and the blinds needed to be fixed. The phone did not work properly. The cover over the baseboard heat was off. The Red Barn rest.. Needs updating and cleaning.

The breakfast was good, had a lot of options and the food was outstanding. The location was beautiful by the main restaurant.

The room was ve ry large and comfortable. The restaurant is beautifully appointed and very good value for money. I am sure the golf course and other sporting facilities wouldbegoodbutit was raining during our stay and weren't used.

Reception staff a bit slack. Didn,t record our dinner booking when promised they would do so at check in. Chaos in dining room at breakfast time while waiting for a table but breakfast food was excellent.

We had a memorable romantic getaway! The charming cottage had a stunning view of the lake, and the sound of the water was so soothing. The friendly staff at the front desk made us feel welcome and the breakfast was delicious, especially the blueberry muffins. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

The room was average in size and lacked any special amenities like a TV. Housekeeping seemed to have missed the ladybugs that were present, and we wish they had taken care of that.

Beautiful setting. HIstoric. Relaxed. They are not rule-obsessed.

It is pretty expensive, but they do not nickle and dime you so you feel happy while you are there!

The cabin by the water was perfect for our family of five. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Dining options varied and the buffet was fantastic. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Beautiful setting on the shores of Lake Champlain. We'll be back!
